Jared Bush To Teach Screenwriting Class!

We were disappointed to learn that Peter Chiarelli, initially slated to teach Screenwriting at this year's conference--wouldn't be able to join us: he simply couldn't coordinate his production schedule to fit us in.

But we are THRILLED to announce that Peter's friend and and colleague Jared Bush will be coming, taking Peter's place as the instructor for the Screenwriting workshop. Jared is an experienced, working Hollywood screenwriter with a broad background in television and film comedy. He's very eager to share his expertise in Taos, and we are very eager to welcome him there!

Here's some more background on Jared:

Jared is is a full-time television and film screenwriter, writer/producer of CW's "All of Us" and contributing writer of the film "Hitch," starring Will Smith, with whom he is a frequent collaborator. Educated at Harvard University, Jared moved to Hollywood and became a script reader for Academy Award Winning Director Robert Zemeckis. He started his television career as a staff writer on the CBS series "Baby Bob" starring Adam Arkin and Elliott Gould. He has developed original series for Revolution Studios, FOX and NBC. While working as a writer/producer for the CW series "All Of Us" Jared expanded into film, setting up projects at New Line Cinema, Columbia/Tristar, and Disney. Jared is currently developing an original animated series for the Disney Channel and screenplays for 20th Century Fox and Sony Pictures.

There are still a few spots remaining in the workshop, which is open to all levels: so if you've got a manuscript draft written or have just always wanted to dip your toes in the world of screenwriting, sign up!
